There are a few reasons why you are redirected to the Pricing page when you try to download a file, even though you have an active plan.
Image Plans
Please make sure you download the file under the license your plan comes with. All subscriptions come with the Standard License. The EL stands for the Extended License (XL is an image size).
If you have a few plans running at the same time, please switch to the plan with remaining downloads.
For plans that come with the same license, if you have multiple active plans simultaneously, the system will automatically select the plan with available downloads.
Video Plans
Most likely, you are trying to download a size that is not included in your purchased package. Please ensure that you select a size that matches your plan before clicking the Download button.
Exceeded Download Limits
If you've used all your available downloads, you won't be able to access additional images until your limit resets. However, if you need more downloads before the reset, you can purchase additional downloads at any time.
To check your remaining downloads, please go to the Home page and click on the Plans or "Active Plans" button in the top-right corner of the site.
Billing Issues
If your subscription did not renew due to payment issues, such as an expired credit card or insufficient funds, your downloads will be suspended until you purchase a new plan.
If you purchase a new plan and your previous unused downloads do not appear in your balance, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will restore them for you up to your plan rollover limit.
To verify the status of your subscription, please click on the Plans or "Active Plans" button at the top-right corner of the site to ensure that everything is up to date.
If none of these cases apply to you, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
