File did not download
You can try downloading the purchased image from the Plans -> Downloaded Files folder. Or you can contact our Support Service.
File is not usable (corrupted)
If a file purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality, simply contact us with file number and problem details. Upon verification of defect or deficiency, we will cancel that purchase and credit you the purchase price.
