Why can't I withdraw my money?

Your withdrawal may be on hold for two reasons:

1. You haven't verified your request by responding to our email sent from support@depositphotos.com. Please check your inbox and spam folder for this email and follow the instructions to verify your request.
2. Your tax form has not been approved yet.

If your tax form is approved and your payout is still pending, please email us at support@depositphotos.com, and we'll assist you promptly.

Without an approved W-8 or W-9 form on file, you will not be eligible to receive your accrued earnings. Your earnings will continue accruing until we receive a tax form submission for your account.
