Why haven't I moved to the next level even though my sales have reached the threshold?

If you've reached the sales threshold for moving up to the next level but haven't seen any changes to your account status, there may be some additional factors to consider. Here's an explanation of the requirements for progressing from Green to the next level.

Sales by Packs

To reach the next level, you must get 500 purchases through Pack downloads.

Sales by Subscription

Alternatively, you can achieve the required threshold through subscription sales. In this case, you must reach 1,500 purchases through subscriptions. Keep in mind that one subscription sale counts as 1/3 of a purchase. So, for example, if a customer buys your image via a subscription plan, it will be counted as only 1/3 of a sale toward the next level.

Once you meet these criteria, you'll automatically be upgraded to the next level, and your account status will reflect the change. You can find this information in our Contributor Program.
