Our default license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable; however, it does not mean you cannot use your files to create designs for your clients or pass images as part of design to your clients.
You are allowed to transfer designs or derivative work containing files to third parties if they don’t receive any additional rights to the files.
What we mean by non-transferable license is that you are not allowed to transfer licenses to your customers to be used for their own projects. For instance, most advertising agencies require license transfers to their customers, so they would need to purchase our Enterprise License.
There is an option to upgrade your license to Enterprise if you need to transfer a license to your customer.
