If you’re looking to delete your account, here’s how to proceed, depending on your situation:
No Active Plan or Auto-Renewal
If you don’t currently have an active plan or auto-renewal, you can delete your account in Profile. To delete your account, go to Profile → Security and select Delete My Account.
Active Plan or Auto-Renewal
If you have an active plan or auto-renewal, the option to delete your account won’t be available. You’ll need to get in touch with our Customer Support team for help with account closure and subscription management.
