How to get a refund for a Packs plan

We offer a 30-day period for refunds to users who have not downloaded any files from their plan.

To request a refund, contact Customer Support within 30 days of renewal. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

How to get a refund for a Subscription plan 

After purchasing a Subscription plan, you have 30 days to change your mind and get a full refund. You are eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded any files.

If you forget to cancel your Subscription before the renewal date, we offer a 30-day period for refunds. You can’t request a refund if you have downloaded one or more files.
