Yes, to upgrade a file to an Extended License (EL), you have to buy Extended License Packs downloads. All our subscriptions come with a Standard License, which substantially covers various types of usage such as advertising, marketing, etc. However, the Extended License is required for items intended for resale or free distribution such as posters, postcards, cups, T-shirts, fabrics, artwork, coloring books, etc.
After purchasing, select the Extended License option from the drop-down menu when re-downloading the file you wish to upgrade.
