If you don’t see your sold files in the statistics, it means they were sold via the Revenue Share Model (RSM) subscription. These sales are reflected in your balance at the end of the month, once the user’s subscription plan is completed.
You will receive a notification email with the ID numbers of the files sold, but the sales will only be reflected in your account at the end of the month after the subscription plan under which the images were purchased has ended.
