Why can’t I see my files in search?

If your files don’t appear in search results, here are a few possible reasons:

Review Process: Your files may still be under review. Once approved, they will be available in search.

Indexing Time: After approval, it may take some time for your files to be indexed and appear in search results.

Metadata and Keywords: Ensure your files have relevant titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility.

Content Quality, Demand, and Search Algorithm: Some files may rank lower due to competition or relevance. If you can't find your file using a specific keyword, it doesn’t mean it’s not in search. Our search algorithm considers multiple factors beyond keywords, including visual recognition and user demand. The system determines which keywords best promote a file, so exact keyword matches may not always make a file appear at the top of search results.
