All invoices are located in your account -> Plans -> Invoices.
The location of your IP address and VAT number/local tax number are used to determine your applicable VAT rate or local equivalent. To ensure accurate VAT/local tax calculation, make sure your billing address and VAT/local tax details are up to date.
The following information is included in your invoice:
- Invoice and license holder name
- Billing address
- VAT number or local tax number, if applicable
- Product purchased
- Price and VAT/local tax, if applicable
- Invoice ID
- License type
Note that any changes to your billing information will apply to future invoices. Previously issued invoices cannot be updated retroactively in your Profile. If you need to make changes to your invoice, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
